How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions, and manage ReadPalm AI there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. We immediately remove your sign-in and personal info; readings are kept up to 30 days for recovery, then permanently deleted.

What happens to my palm photo?

It's used once to generate your reading and discarded in the same request — we don't store the original image.

Is this real fortune-telling?

No. ReadPalm AI is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It makes no predictions and isn't a substitute for professional advice.
